We are currently seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team and lead the successful implementation of tailored Dynamics 365 solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients to deeply understand their business operations and translate those needs into effective, optimized Dynamics 365 configurations.
This position is open to both local and foreign candidates, and we welcome international professionals who are willing to relocate to Vietnam and grow together with us.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Solution Development: Design, coordinate development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions in Microsoft D365 SCM including customizations, extensions, integrations, and workflows.
- Configuration and Customization: Coordinate the configuration and customization of D365 SCM to align with business requirements.
- Integration: Design and implement data integrations between D365 SCM, and other systems, using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing issues related to D365 SCM solutions.
- Technical consultant to our clients is a plus.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, guiding them through all phases of the project lifecycle—from initial analysis and design to development, testing, and deployment.
- Project Lifecycle Participation: Engage actively in the full project lifecycle, contributing expertise in analysis, solution design, development, rigorous testing, and successful deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation of implemented solutions and conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users to facilitate seamless adoption and proficiency.
- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 features and technologies, applying this knowledge to deliver innovative and cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Hanoi branch: 2-3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM development.
- HCM branch: 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM development, particularly in Warehouse, Logistics, and related modules.
- Strong proficiency in X++ programming.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services.
- Fluent English (written & spoken).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants or developers.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with international clients (preferably Europe or the US) is highly valued.
