Job Description :
Plan and execute Microsoft 365 tenant migration projects
Perform migration for Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
Ensure smooth migration process with minimal downtime
Communicate and support users during migration activities
Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timeline achievement
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree in IT or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in Microsoft 365 migration is a plus
Knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID
Familiar with migration tools is preferred
Basic knowledge of Active Directory would be a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Able to work in project-based environment and meet deadlines
Willing to work overtime during cutover if needed
Fast learner, proactive, and responsible
