Job description for MEP Supervisor at Lintas Daya Group

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Mesin atau Teknik Elektro. Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai MEP Supervisor, atau minimal SMK dengan pengalaman 3 tahun di posisi yang sama.
Memahami dan mampu membaca gambar kerja (shop drawing) serta sistem instalasi MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
Terampil dalam mengatur dan mengawasi tim lapangan.
Mampu memantau progres pekerjaan dan memastikan kesesuaian dengan jadwal proyek.
Cakap dalam membuat laporan lapangan dan dokumentasi pekerjaan.
Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik, teliti, disiplin, dan komunikatif.
Memiliki leadership yang baik.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Mengawasi dan memastikan pekerjaan instalasi Mechanical, Electrical, dan Plumbing (MEP) berjalan sesuai gambar kerja, standar kualitas, dan jadwal proyek.
Melakukan koordinasi dengan Site Manager, Drafter, dan tim teknis lainnya untuk memastikan kelancaran pekerjaan.
Melakukan pemeriksaan material dan peralatan MEP sebelum digunakan di lapangan.
Mengontrol dan memastikan keselamatan kerja (K3) di area proyek.
Membuat dan menyampaikan laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan terkait progres pekerjaan MEP.
Mengidentifikasi potensi masalah di lapangan dan memberikan solusi teknis yang efektif.
Melakukan uji coba (testing & commissioning) sistem MEP bersama tim terkait.
Memastikan seluruh pekerjaan MEP selesai tepat waktu dan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditentukan
