Background:
Borneo Pasifik Global is a growing business group that continues to expand into new industries, including sports and lifestyle.

One of our latest ventures is YOLO Padel & Lifestyle, a community-driven padel destination designed to bring together sports, wellness, and meaningful connections. Currently, YOLO operates across three locations in Jakarta: Pluit, Slipi, and Lebak Bulus.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and be part of this exciting journey.

We are currently hiring for the position of Membership & Community Admin, based in Pluit, North Jakarta.

Requirements:

- Experience in Administration, Customer Service, or Operations.

- Advanced Excel skills are a must.

- Detail-oriented and well-organized.

- Strong communication skills.

- Have experience in sports clubs, fitness, or hospitality.

- Familiar with membership or booking systems.

- Interested in padel and active lifestyle.

Job Descriptions:

- Manage memberships and member database.

- Coordinate coaching schedules and bookings.

- Handle customer inquiries and daily communications.

- Maintain reports and operational records.

- Support daily club operations.
