Mechanical Engineer – Qualifications
General Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Male, max 35 years old
3. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if relevant)
4. Strong understanding of basic mechanical design and engineering calculations
5. Able to read and create technical drawings (2D & 3D)
6. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Autodesk Inventor
7. Familiar with mechanical systems such as pneumatics system, hydraulic systems, pumps, and rotating equipment is an advantage
8. Familiar with welding processes
9. Knowledge of fabrication and on-site installation processes
10. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
11. Able to work independently as well as in a team
12. SIM A & SIM C Licenses and willing to travel for business trips / site visits
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
14. Fluent in english (writen & spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in hydraulics, flood pump systems, or heavy equipment
2. Familiar with engineering standards (ISO, ASME, etc.)
3. Relevant certifications are a plus
