Job description for Mechanical Engineer Internship at Neu Industries Pte Ltd
• Response to service calls within customer's stipulated service response time
• Attend to service and repair works on site
• Test, install and commission equipment at customer's premise
• Sufficient knowledge about Company’s product to handle customer queries
• Contribute to product improvement and localization of the Company
• Inspect and test equipment, accessories and consumables
• Provide technical presentation and conduct technical trainings (if required)
• Submit weekly technical activities reports or other reports
• Support activities like technical services, exhibitions, customer visits, etc.
