We are looking for a creative and analytical E-commerce Store Operation to join our team. In this role, you will assist in managing and optimizing e-commerce operations, creating promotional strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to drive online sales for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing clients' e-commerce platforms (e.g., marketplaces, websites).
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, including seasonal sales, discounts, and bundle offers.
- Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales data) and provide actionable insights.
- Support in implementing affiliate marketing programs to increase visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with other teams (content, design, and marketing) to align strategies across platforms.
- Ensure product listings are optimized for search and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or fresh graduate from any major.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or Lazada is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of basic data analysis is an advantage.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and online business trends.
- Willing to work on-site in Sleman, Yogyakarta
