Job description for Marketplace Specialist at PT Mitra Global Niaga

Red Ribbon Gift, a part of PT Mitra Global Niaga, is a company engaged in wedding souvenirs. We are looking for individuals who are highly creative, detail-oriented, and ready to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Create, Manage and optimize listings for all Marketplace such as Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.
- Upload new product and updating product information.
- Receive, manage, and respond incoming orders from all marketplaces.
- Run, monitor, and optimize Shopee Ads & TikTok Ads.
- Create and manage a social media content plan for marketplace promotions.
- Develop approach strategies and/or sales strategies for the company's to achieve monthly target.
- Analyze, present sales performance data, and create improvement plans based on data analysis.
- Work as a host for live streaming sessions (especially on Tiktok and E-Commerce).
- Prepare and deliver sales reports regularly to management.
- Able to multitask and complete tasks on time.
Requirements:
- Maximum age 32 years old.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in E-commerce, have prior experience in a similar role.
- Familiar with e-commerce system (especially Shopee and TikTok Seller)
- Must have strongest self confidence.
- Target oriented and have good tract in sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able and know how to use Canva, CapCut, etc.
