MARKETPLACE SPECIALIST
Bandung | On-Site | Full-Time
What You'll do:
- Manage overall Q-No marketplace accounts
- Reconcile product stock and availability in different marketplace accounts
- Manage marketplace display, campaign, and promotion, as well as responding to customer inquiries
- Manage daily price changes for each fine gold & jewelry products
- Working closely with the in-store team for product stock monitoring, packing & delivery
Requirements:
- Experience in managing marketplace accounts for a brand
- Previously studied Marketing, Communication or other related field
- Skill / Experience in utilizing Omni-Channel Platform (Jubelio/Desty Mekari/ etc.)
- Understanding on each marketplace characteristics, rules, regulations & mechanism
- Collaborative, reliable, responsible and able to deliver daily tasks
