We're Building Indonesia's FIRST Dinosaur-Themed Theme Park at Rest Area!
We're looking for a CREATIVE & STRATEGIC MARKETING SUPERVISOR to lead our launch and put Dino Playland on the map!
As our Marketing Supervisor, you'll be the mastermind behind:
BRAND AWARENESS & BUZZ CREATION
- Design killer marketing strategies to make Dino Playland the talk of the town (and social media!)
- Launch digital campaigns that drive massive foot traffic
- Create irresistible promo programs and discount campaigns
EVENT PLANNING & PARTNERSHIPS
- Conceptualize and execute exciting events (competitions, dino-themed festivals, family days)
- Build strategic partnerships with brands, influencers, and communities
- Turn every event into an Instagram-worthy moment
DATA-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Present actionable insights and regular reports to management
TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Lead and inspire the Marketing team to deliver creative content
- Guide content creation across all platforms (social media, website, print)
- Build a high-performing, creative squad
WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU IF:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, digital campaigns, and event management
- Proven track record in launching products/brands or driving visitor traffic (tourism, F&B, retail, entertainment industry is a PLUS!)
- Creative thinker with out-of-the-box ideas
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, paid ads)
- Excellent leadership skills — you can rally your team and make things happen
- Passionate about creating memorable experiences for customers
- NOT afraid to try new things and take calculated risks

- Experience in tourism, theme parks, entertainment, or family-oriented businesses
- Portfolio of successful campaigns
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Based in or willing to relocate to Malang, Jawa Timur
