Job description for Market Research Analyst at Glints
- Establish Insights Production Engine: Develop and manage proprietary insights strategies for Glints critical for driving top-of-mind awareness and demand generation amongst target audiences. Create and maintain a systematic, process-driven approach to deliver actionable insights that can be used to create content for employers/customers.
- Deliver Timely, High-quality & Outcomes-Driven Insights: Stay up-to-date with the current and developing market trends. Find, collect, and efficiently extract critical data and insights. Build appealing and easily digestible stories around insights to effectively engage audiences and support the achievement of marketing objectives.
- Enable Planning & Performance Improvements Efficiencies: Build, manage & optimize performance reports/dashboards to provide clarity of marketing performances. Develop and provide insights and recommendations on what’s working and what’s not, and what else through ROI analysis, market and competitive research to support day-to-day decision-making, and quarterly/annual planning.
- Co-Develop & Implement Lead Scoring System: Co-design, build, validate and iterate on a lead scoring algorithm in HubSpot with CRM marketing manager to enable improvements to user/community engagement and lead generation engine for business opportunities.
- Play a key strategic role and contribute: You will be the first market research analyst hired in the product marketing team, and your work will directly contribute to short-term business outcomes and also fuels sustained business and brand growth of Glints, globally, in the long run.

- 3+ years of experience as Market Research Analyst or similar role
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or Statistics or similar relevant field
- Experience in data research and analytics for marketing or business, with passion in building data-driven culture, and enabling growth through insights
- Uniquely analytical, strategic, and operational
- Proven ability to flex, persist and be resourceful in challenging times, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and result-oriented, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude
- Enjoys problem solving and challenging the status quo
- Is authentic, humble and honest, with a flair in communications and stakeholder management to gain buy-ins, support and collaboration from decision-makers and stakeholders
- Enjoys grinding and thinking out-of-the-box in a start-up environment
- Experience in working with cross-geographical teams in Southeast Asia
- High-level proficiency in spoken and written English
