Job description for Marketing and Graphic Design Intern (August Berg) at Norbreeze Group Pte Ltd
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to promote August Berg
- Assist in media, influencer and communication efforts including pitching, reporting, analytics to promote and support August Berg’s branding goals
- Oversees the following main functions relating to August Berg ecommerce business, including but not limited to – creating visual concepts for all marketing materials as well as brand websites to communicate our brand story and products to customers, to inspire and captivate them to be part of our August Berg community
- Managing marketing assets and artwork preparations, production and distribution of product catalogues, brand collaterals, advertisements, and social media postings
- Contribute innovative ideas and content development through social media technology; repurpose social media content and trending market opportunities
- Proofreading copy on marketing and PR collaterals (digital and print)
- Assist in PR and marketing reports required by key stakeholders including tracking of PR coverage, marketing expenditure, events post-mortem reports and sourcing and coordinating the distribution of GWP
- Liaise with external stakeholders (malls, vendors, partners, media community), internal stakeholders (merchandise, logistics, creative) to ensure timely deliverance on all marketing activities
- Sourcing and coordinating the distribution of GWPs to support sales driving initiatives in business
- Carry out marketing administration tasks such as filing, invoicing, and reporting and others as requested by the team
- Arranging distribution of marketing materials to ensure timely delivery of on each marketing initiative
- Develop visual contents for the brand following brand guidelines
- Assist Marketing and E-commerce team in designing and producing collaterals for marketing campaigns, both online & offline (social media, brand websites, brand store on marketplaces, brochures, posters, etc.)
- Develop and present design concepts and finalized ideas
- Staying on top of new media formats and proposing new ideas on how to incorporate them into campaigns
- Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
- Conduct liaising works with celebrity partners, experts, influencers, and sponsorship communities
- Assist in packing press kits, seeding products and other sponsorship activities
- Highly motivated and demonstrates initiative
- Creative, meticulous with an eye for details and aesthetic, good written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and challenge status quo
- Ability to work independently and a good team player
- Effective time management & prioritization skills - ability to multi-tasking
- Experience in Marketing/Graphic Design, good understanding and sense of retail environment
- Good knowledge of layouts, visual hierarchy, typography, line composition, color and other graphic design fundamentals
- Strong portfolio with a range of graphic design
- Familiar with: Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Klaviyo, Canva, Sendible or similar tools
- Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months or more – able to start in Jan 2023
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- Familiar with current and emerging digital media platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Community forums and blogs
- An understanding of the Singapore Influencer and online communities
- Be flexible, adaptable and ready to learn quickly
