Job description for Marketing Officer at PT Cerdas Digital Nusantara (CAKAP)
- Prioritize, initiate, and manage projects that can deliver the highest impact to student and revenue growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional team such as performance marketing, business, product, and sales to execute projects.
- Develop deep understanding of our students, who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria.
- Conduct experiments to make data-driven recommendations to improve the whole funnel from acquisition, retention, to referral.
- Analyse data to identify business problems and growth opportunities.
- Follow and understand the education market trends, especially language and upskilling sector.
- Track and monitor business performance to ensure KPIs are on track.
- Have a growth mindset and willing to learn new things.
- Self-organizing/strong initiative to improve and get things done, not just waiting for instruction.
- Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheet to analyze data and create reporting.
- Proficient enough in using English Language for communicating with colleagues.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- Understand various marketing channel and have a deep understanding of at least one channel (SEO/Facebook Ads/Google Ads/Email/Push Notification/etc).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
