The role
Own and grow the Carpe Diem brand in Jakarta through strong brand direction, sharp market research, and great content.
What you'll do
• Brand: Direct how Carpe Diem looks, and feels across all channels.
• Research: Understand the BJJ and fitness market in Jakarta, who trains, why they pick a gym, and what competitors do.
• Connect with potential business partners for collaboration
• Create marketing activation concepts such as events, or content ideas in social media that is relevant and relatable to our existing members and potential future members
• 3 to 5 years in marketing, with brand and content experience.
• Strong content instincts and an eye for brand consistency.
• Able to research a market and turn it into clear positioning.
• Self-starter who thinks strategically and gets things done.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Bonus: into BJJ, martial arts, or fitness.
