About the role:
The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, possesses good communication skills and always aim improve business outcomes.
To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies.
- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns for both online and offline market.
- Build content for social media channels. Continue to improve and strengthen brands’ social media presence.
- Website content planning and building.
- Handle CRM tasks, which include but are not limited to composing email newsletters, setting up push notifications, managing social media comments, etc.
- Work with various stakeholders (e.g. developers, designers, freelancers, SEO specialist, agency, etc) closely to deliver projects and other assets on time.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns.
- Make data-driven decisions, developing user retention strategies.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Think of content for video and social media content.
- Any Other marketing duties.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in marketing or related field preferred
· At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
· Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
· Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative
· Experience with social media
· Love for branding
· Resourceful
· Have design experience will be preferred but not compulsory.
