Job description for Marketing Manager at Smith Berlin
- Develop and implement Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Develop and implement Marketing Plan and budget
- Plan and implement ATL and BTL activities: media communications, consumer promotion, PR, and other marketing channels
- Analyzes current performance, trends, market conditions and other contributing factors.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategy to gain significant market share in this market segment
- Consistently delivering key objectives and targets (sales, market share, brand strength, profitability)
- Adjusting and refining plans based on results, market changes and competitive activities
- Ongoing brand review: KPIs, brand health, brand equity etc.
- Lead marketing team
- Over 3 years of experience in Marketing Management/Brand Management/Strategy Development.
- Understands the fashion industry and market trends well.
- Management experience (not less than 3 direct subordinates)
- Track record of breakthrough newsworthy campaigns, creativity, and innovative thinking.
- Ability to deliver effective business relations at all levels, internally and externally.
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing
- Ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally
- Ability to influence with or without authority
- Proven record of results achievement, problem solver, flexible, able to adapt to new ways of working.
- Good for project management and analytical skill
- Can-do attitude, proactive, initiative, proactive with a passion for managing projects to conclusion and on time.
- Able to work independently as well as able to work with the team
- Good appearance, mature, high self-motivated, ambitious and well organized with strong interpersonal skills
