Job description for Marketing Manager at Proper Concepts

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with restaurant brand creative team, commercial team, and regional marketing teams to achieve business goals through marketing - balancing long term brand goals with strategic commercial goals in the process.
- Plan and oversee 3 main pillars of the marketing strategy: Social, PR & Content. The Marketing Manager will also assist in the planning and execution of overall marketing plans.
- Under the leadership of the Managing Director, the Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns and activations, with a focus on overall synergy of plans.
- Oversee the implementation of the marketing mix, across paid/owned/earned, offline activations, events, visual merchandising, collaterals.
- Improve brand awareness and perception to meet company’s long-term objectives.
- Work closely with the respective restaurant teams to jointly develop processes and tools to improve the overall customer journey, as well as run campaigns assist sales to meet targets.
- Develop and communicate campaigns, developing campaigns guidelines and the marketing calendar.
- Plan, implement, and manage public relations.
- Plan, implement, and manage content and strategy produced for website and social channels.
- Internal reporting with the Management team, pre, mid, and post campaign.
Requirements
- Minimum relevant experience of 3 years
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Art/Design, Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Marketing or equivalent
- Strong storytelling ability, and advanced writing skills to prepare marketing materials, strategy and content decks
- Basic foundation/knowledge of photo-editing software such as Photoshop
- Ability to ideate and execute basic graphic designs, using software such as InDesign / Illustrator is a plus
- Willingness to learn and research about trends and industry changes
- Independent, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
