We are the official distributor and retailer of Melissa shoes, the iconic Brazilian brand and pioneer of jelly shoes in Singapore, Malaysia and India.
What you will be doing:
- Social media Customer Service management (E.g. IG comments & direct messages)
- Assist in the brands' live selling shows
- Assist with seeding of stocks to influencers etc
- Assist with promotional, CRM and PR activities; prepare, organise and host media, consumer and launch events
- Assist with consolidating, monitoring, analysing and reporting digital marketing, email marketing and social media efforts to provide actionable insights to drive decision making
- Assist the department with upcoming launches/ campaigns and any other ad-hoc task assigned
- Assist with brand visuals and design production when needed, including copywriting/ content creation
- Assist in Comms scheduling for our social media platforms
- Assist in preparing Physical Comms/ Assets with vendors for our brick & mortar stores
