Role Focus:
Support Hatch's Marketing team across creative design, programmatic and social media marketing, contributing to real campaigns that further Hatch's mission.
Reporting Structure: Reports to Marketing & Communications Manager

💼 Core Responsibilities
We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Intern ready to dive into the ever-changing world of dynamic marketing through the lens of an impact-driven organisation.
This is an opportunity for someone eager to learn about and contribute to the diverse marketing needs of an ambitious social venture in a start-up like environment. While an interest in marketing anchors this role, a passion for social impact is non-negotiable, alongside the ambition to hone creativity and strategic muscles in tandem.
The exact responsibilities of the intern will be based on both the needs of the organisation and the strengths of the intern.
Possible responsibilities could include:
- Capture programme assets: Capture, cull, edit, and organise photo and video content from organisational programmes and activities.
- Social media support: Support the development of social media visual, written content
- Special creative design projects: Execute special design projects on an ad-hoc basis, e.g. organisational merchandise, limited edition artwork, key visuals
- Programmatic marketing support: Support the outreach and marketing of organisational activities by developing on-brand social media assets, collaterals, and other digital or print assets
- Other critical supportive marketing activities, e.g. growing the "best-of" image bank, internal communications, website updates, and related activities
📍Requirements
We don’t expect interns to already have marketing experience (that’s a bonus!) - but you need to have a demonstrable interest in marketing, passion for social impact, and learning attitudes that we can work with; we strongly value curiosity, communication, resourcefulness and creativity alongside our Operating Principles.
