We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team.
This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing, branding, social media, content creation, and business development within the real estate industry. You will work closely with our team on real projects, gain practical industry exposure, and develop valuable skills in marketing strategy, customer engagement and brand communication.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Support social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement
• Assist in developing marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, social media content, and promotional materials
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Assist in preparing marketing reports, campaign summaries, and presentation materials
• Support coordination with internal teams and external partners when required
• Assist in brand communication and company marketing initiatives
• Maintain marketing databases, files, and media assets
• Support event preparation, exhibitions, site visits, and customer engagement activities
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Management, Public Relations,
Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply
• Able to communicate effectively in conversational English
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, digital media, content creation, and business development
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Good time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other content creation and design tools is an advantage
• Basic copywriting, content creation, and presentation development skills are preferred
• Ability to create simple visual content, presentations, and marketing materials is a plus
