1. User Communication & Growth Execution
- Plan and execute user-facing communications (push notifications, in-app content, Zalo/SMS)
- Optimize messaging to improve activation, retention, and repeat usage
2. Product Marketing
- Translate product features into clear, engaging, and user-friendly messaging
- Work closely with product team to launch new features to users
3. B2B2C Deployment
- Customize and deploy marketing plans at partner companies (nationwide)
- Understand user behavior across different industries and workforce segments
4. Offline Activation (Hands-on)
- Participate in on-site user engagement activities
- Collect real user insights and feedback directly from the field
5. Campaign Performance & Analytics
- Track performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion…)
- Analyze results and continuously improve communication effectiveness
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for candidates who are not just interested in marketing, but serious about building a career in it.
1. Strong Academic Background
From top universities (FTU, NEU, RMIT, DAV, etc.)
GPA from 3.2/4.0 or equivalent preferred
2. Proven Experience (Required)
At least 1 relevant experience in marketing (internship, project, or student organization)
Can demonstrate real output (campaigns, content, results, growth metrics…)
3. Strong Thinking & Communication
Able to write clearly, logically, and with purpose
Comfortable simplifying complex ideas into user-friendly content
4. Execution & Ownership
Able to independently deliver tasks with high quality
Detail-oriented and responsible with user-facing communication
5. Growth Mindset
Curious about product marketing, growth, and user behavior
Willing to learn fast and take on challenges beyond comfort zone
