Job Description
INFIEN Energy is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Lead to strengthen our brand presence and support business growth in the renewable energy sector. This role will focus on building a strong brand identity, managing impactful social media strategies, and executing trade marketing initiatives to increase market visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute branding strategies to strengthen company identity and positioning in the renewable energy market
- Manage and grow company social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and performance analysis
- Create engaging and relevant content aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives
- Plan and implement trade marketing initiatives to support sales activities and increase product visibility
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals
- Coordinate with external vendors, partners, or agencies for campaign execution and promotional materials
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance (digital & offline), providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and digital marketing trends
- Creative thinking with strong execution skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think strategically and execute independently
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
