About Smartpaw
Smartpaw is a fast-growing pet tech brand in Singapore specializing in smart pet products — automatic litter boxes, smart feeders, pet fountains, and pet care essentials. We sell across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our own online store.
We're looking for a Marketing Executive who can take charge of our events, coordinate content creation, and help grow our brand presence — both online and offline.
What You'll Do
Events (Lead)
Plan and execute Smartpaw's presence at pet expos, pop-ups, and brand activation events
Handle event logistics — booth setup, collaterals, product displays, manpower coordination
Manage vendor relationships for event-related services
Post-event reporting — what worked, what didn't, leads generated, sales made
Content Creation (Coordinate & Create)
Plan and produce product content — photos, short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), and unboxing videos
Work with interns to create UGC-style content
Maintain the social media content calendar together with the team
Ensure brand consistency across all content
Livestreaming (Plan, Execute & Host When Needed)
Plan and coordinate livestream sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live
Prepare livestream scripts, product highlights, and talking points
Host livestreams when needed, and guide or coach other team members (e.g. interns) to host
Track livestream performance and improve based on results
Influencer & KOL Coordination
Identify and reach out to relevant pet influencers and content creators
Coordinate product seeding — arrange product handoffs, track deliverables
Maintain relationships with existing influencer partners
Monitor and report on influencer content performance
Marketing Support
Work with our ad agency (Eugene) on campaign creatives and promotional assets
Support campaign planning for marketplace sales events (7.7, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12)
Contribute ideas for growing Smartpaw's brand awareness and customer engagement
Assist with any other marketing initiatives as needed
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
Passionate about pets — you'll be immersed in pet products and pet owner communities every day
1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, content creation, or social media
Comfortable creating content — you know your way around short-form video (TikTok, Reels)
Organized and detail-oriented — events and content calendars need someone who stays on top of things
Good communication skills — you'll coordinate with designers, agencies, influencers, and vendors
Proactive and resourceful — a small team means you take initiative, not wait to be told
Good to Have (but not required):
Pet owner or experience in the pet industry
Experience planning or executing events (pop-ups, expos, activations)
Experience with livestreaming (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live)
Basic design skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop seller ecosystem
