Marketing Executive
Enviably Me, the official distributor and retailer of Melissa, the iconic Brazilian brand and pioneer of jelly shoes in Singapore is expanding its brand portfolio and distribution channels.
We are looking for a Marketing Executive who:

Overall Role Description
This role encompasses all aspects of branding, digital and offline marketing with responsibilities for eCommerce business as well. Only Singaporeans will be considered for the role.
What you will be doing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan, coordinate and execute holistic marketing campaigns for online and offline retail platforms
- Own end-to-end monthly campaign coordination and execution like preparing monthly communications plan, writing for tactical promotions, scheduling/ uploading postings and liaising with internal stakeholders like stylists, graphic designers and other departments
- Content ideation and creation for offline, web and social media content; including planning, content writing and execution (which may consist of photoshoot and short form video content) to build brand awareness, pique interests and drive conversions
- Participate in brainstorming, coordinating and executing physical activation and events to elevate in-store shopping and brand experience
- Assist with/ execute PR and influencer marketing-related tasks such as liaising and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders such as media, influencers and KOL
- Partnership marketing management and execution to constantly seek out and maintain strategic partnership and marketing opportunities with malls, partners and vendors
- Support eCommerce and live-commerce functions with collation, coordination and execution of product information into the respective channels
- Assist with consolidating, monitoring, analysing and reporting email marketing and social media efforts to provide actionable insights to drive decision making
- Maintain and manage marketing team’s internal library of assets such as photos, videos, content, reports and data
- Manage the team’s administrative duties including procurement such as sourcing, vendor liaison and management, and filing invoices where necessary
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
What you need to have:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, mass communication, events management or related field with at least 2 years working experience in a fast-paced company
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Effective project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects with varied timelines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, great interpersonal and communication skills; and the desire to hone 360 marketing skills
- Creative, imaginative and have an eye for detail and care for work that is to be delivered
- Highly adaptable and resourceful with the ability to work well under pressure and in a team
- Proactive in taking initiative to improve current processes and workflows to improve productivity
- Basic knowledge and experience working with various digital, CRM and social media platforms; as well as analytics tools
- Able to commit to after work hours or weekends at times, if required
- Brave and personally driven to doing the right thing to winning in the ever-changing and dynamic retail industry
- Interest in fashion and TikTok is a bonus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary package that will commensurate with experience, ranging from $2.6k - $3.5k per month
