To support this exciting phase of development, we are seeking dynamic and motivated Marketing Executives who are eager to contribute to our success and grow alongside a forward-thinking team.
Administrative & Documentation: Maintain proper filing of marketing documents, contracts, and approvals
Vendor & Finance Coordination: Liaise with vendors for quotations, invoices, and payment follow-ups; Prepare PO, DO, and invoice submissions in Company system
Reporting Support: Compile basic campaign data and reports for the team
Media & Booking Coordination: Submit creatives to vendor; Track media bookings (digital, social, influencers, print, radio); And other Ad-hoc job assigned by the manager.
Requirements
Diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Media Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience, preferably from an agency or related field.
Highly organized and detail-oriented; Proficient in Excel and documentation; Good follow-up and coordination skills; Able to handle multiple vendors and timelines
Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy; Systematic and process-driven; Good communication skills; Experience in marketing/admin support is a plus
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
