Marketing Executive (Rica Rico)
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end marketing activities, with a focus on content creation, KOL/influencer collaboration, and campaign execution to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Job Description
- Execute and manage collaborations with KOLs/influencers, from sourcing, approaching, coordination, briefing, to performance evaluation
- Build and maintain good relationships with KOLs, agencies, communities, and external partners
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and offline
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and content publishing to ensure smooth execution
- Assist in social media support activities, including content coordination, posting schedules, monitoring trends, and basic community engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for campaign needs, production, store visits, and events
- Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOL opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Campaign, Social Media, or related fields (fresh graduates with relevant internship/project experience are welcome)
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, and brand activation
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of social media insights and campaign performance metrics
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly adaptive
- Willing to be mobile for campaign activities, store visits, content production, and events
- Basic knowledge of content creation and editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.) is a plus
