Job description
- Create talking points, pitch decks, ongoing sales marketing collateral: event presentations, white papers, brochures, infographics
- Use design to express the value proposition and benefits of ReaQta’s products
- Help build sales programs when visual support is needed - for example, producing digital graphics for advertising campaigns
- Work with vendors. Example: merchandise design, video/stream production
- Conceptualise, design and execute artwork, graphics and illustrations for corporatecollaterals - both digital and print. This includes website design, social media posts,brochures and other digital collateral
- Manage the development and production of design projects from ideation to finalproduction, and supervise the quality of the final output
- Maintain visual consistency across all visuals produced for the company
- Liaise with different stakeholders within the company and external agencies toensure smooth delivery of projects
What you'll need to have:
- BA or equivalent experience (will consider Diploma holders)
- Solid design fundamentals: typography, composition, hierarchy
- Strong design portfolio, across different corporate styles
- Passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in presenting creative concepts to all partners
- Enthusiastic team player and self-starter commitment to excellence
- Fully able to take charge of the design process
- Experience with web design (HTML, CSS, Javascript )
