PT Vylera Labs is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly organized Marketing Communication (MarCom) Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, oversee our internal design team, and act as the primary liaison for client relations. In this role, you will be the bridge between our creative vision and our business commitments. You will manage all communication regarding Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) / Service Agreements. This includes alignment meetings, reporting progress, managing client expectations, and ensuring that our internal design team delivers exactly what was contractually agreed upon.
Job Description:
Client Communication & Contract Alignment
- Act as the primary voice to communicate, explain, and align the scope, timelines, and expectations of the Perjanjian Kerja Sama (PKS) with the client.
- Lead regular client status meetings, project briefings, and feedback sessions to ensure smooth, professional relationship management.
- Monitor project requests to ensure they stay within the agreed-upon PKS scope. Manage communication regarding changes, addendums, or extra requests diplomatically.
- Prepare and present comprehensive campaign and project reports to clients, translating creative results into clear business outcomes that prove PKS compliance.
Creative Team Leadership & Internal Communication
- Lead, mentor, and inspire an internal team of graphic designers, multimedia creators, and copywriters.
- Translate client requirements and PKS deliverables into clear, actionable briefs for the design team.
- Review and approve creative assets to ensure they meet the client’s brand standards and match the agreed deliverables before presentation.
- Manage the internal creative pipeline, ensuring the team meets tight deadlines without compromising quality.
MarCom Strategy
- Oversee the execution of integrated marketing communication strategies across digital, print, and social channels.
- Maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity across all external client collateral.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing communications, account management, or agency roles, with at least 1–2 years leading a creative/design team.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills. Must be highly fluent and confident in speaking, presenting, and conducting business meetings in English.
- Proven track record of managing professional client relationships, leading meetings, and handling feedback with diplomacy.
- Strong ability to understand contract boundaries (PKS) and confidently communicate what is in-scope versus out-of-scope to clients and internal teams.
- Solid foundational knowledge of design principles, visual storytelling, and digital media production (ability to "speak the language" of designers).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; highly skilled at presentation and reporting.
Tools & Software:
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, etc).
- Familiarity with reporting/analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc).
