Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing communication strategies across digital platforms
- Lead social media direction and content planning for Instagram and TikTok
- Create campaign concepts for product launches, photoshoots, catalogs, and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with creative team and external vendors for content and campaign production
- Manage affiliate, KOL, and creator collaborations to support brand awareness and sales growth
- Ensure consistent brand communication and visual identity across all channels
- Monitor social media, digital ads, and campaign performance to generate insights and improvement strategies
- Collaborate with e-commerce and merchandising teams to align marketing activities with business goals
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing Communication, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Social Media, preferably in fashion or lifestyle industry
- Good understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
- Familiar with digital campaigns, online brand activation, and content planning
- Familiar with affiliate/KOL management and content production process
- Basic understanding of digital ads such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and CPAS campaigns is a plus
- Experience in fashion retail, denim, or streetwear brand is a plus
