Job description for Marketing Communication Lead at Open Labs
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
- Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
- Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
- Set strategic plan for Marketing & Creative Department
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing Department
- Responsible for company & product branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Create strong and consistent brand image across all channels and marketing efforts (event, email campaign, web pages, apps, and promotional material)
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Business/ Communication from reputable university
- Experienced as Marketing Lead/ Senior Marketing min. 2 years, preferably from local startup brand
- Update with the trend, experienced planning offline and online marketing
- Great communicator and negotiator, attention to detail, proactive, and flexible
