Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations, Event Management, Partnership, Brand Collaboration, or a similar role.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Experience in budget management, reporting, and handling marketing-related documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience coordinating with external stakeholders such as brands, sponsors, media, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Notion).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to work flexible hours and support events when required.
- Passionate about sports and has a strong interest in the sports, fitness, wellness, or active lifestyle industry.
- Experience playing, following, or participating in sports communities is a plus.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage marketing administration, budgeting, petty cash, reimbursements, and financial reporting.
- Prepare, monitor, and reconcile event budgets and expenditures from planning through post-event reporting.
- Coordinate event operations, mall booth activations, meeting documentation, and project administration.
- Develop and manage content calendars, copywriting, content briefs, and social media publishing schedules.
- Maintain organized project documentation, records, and marketing databases.
- Identify and secure sponsorship and brand collaboration opportunities to support business and marketing objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, media partners, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, Statements of Work (SOW), and collaboration contracts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders for marketing and partnership initiatives.
- Track campaign performance, update lead databases, and provide reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
