About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Salwa Admin Intern with strong English communication skills to support our sales team. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales administration while working with clients from both local and international markets.
Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
* Maintain and update customer and sales databases.
* Support client communication via email, WhatsApp, and other channels in English and Indonesian.
* Schedule meetings and assist with meeting coordination.
* Prepare sales presentations and reports.
* Monitor and organize sales documentation.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
* Perform other administrative tasks to support the sales team.
Requirements
* Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major.
* Graduates in English Education or English Literature are highly preferred.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
* Previous internship or organizational experience is a plus.
* Willing to work on-site in Cijantung, East Jakarta.
