Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Branding, Journalism, Literature, or other relevant fields.
- Non-linear educational backgrounds are welcome with a strong and relevant portfolio.
- Proven experience in storytelling and long-term brand strategy.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English with communicates clearly, honestly, and without excessive marketing hype.
- Strong understanding of the beauty industry with an appreciation for holistic product formulation.
- Ability to think strategically while executing day-to-day details.
- Embraces a “slow beauty” mindset and prioritizes long-term trust over short-term trends.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a “product-first” brand voice that is human, transparent, and consistent.
- Plan and execute educational content strategies, including behind-the-scenes insights on formulation, business decisions, and operations.
- Evaluate and optimize marketing channels (content formats, frequency, and types).
- Develop concepts for campaigns and product launches, including key messaging, timelines, and content plans.
- Act as a strategic partner to the founders, ensuring brand communication remains customer-centric and aligned with long-term vision.
