Job description for Marketing Activation Specialist at Pt Aromatik International Indonesia
- Set Event, Community, objectives, success measures and detailed action plans to support overall marketing strategy.
- Manage Vendors/ event organizers / third parties in strategy and execution of event & brand activation projects.
- Develop and create marketing materials and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Lead and conduct the overall implementation of offline and online marketing activation programs including overseeing, supervising, reviewing, evaluate and improving the work of marketing-operational level with a seamless flow.
- Progressively update on multi-operational dashboards and project management tools to make sure every single process of each project/ campaign run as well as the plan (timeline, checklist, dateline, etc)
- Min. 3 years event management (preferably lifestyle)
- Have wide connections with events vendors and 3rd party involved
- Excellent capability in creating event proposal (Power Point)
- Willing to work on weekends (not always) and after hours (for events)
- Agile and flexible to switch execution plans last minute, if necessary.
- Fluent in English
