1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, communication or related field.
2. Proven having experience working as a Data Analyst and similar role min. 2-3 years experience and experiences in IT and have experience in SaaS/E-commerce is more prefer
3. Experience in using data analytic tools (SQL, SPSS, SAS, R, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics,etc)
4. Experience in handling reporting packages like Business Objects, programming (Javascript, XML, or ETL frameworks), databases
5. Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions
6. An understanding of the ethics of gathering and working with data.
7. Good data analytic skill, communication and presentation skill
8. Able to do data tracking, data analytic, data insight and create comprehensive report
9. Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations
10. Very strong Excel skill (pivot table, vlookup/hlookup, sumif, index-match, etc)
11. The ability to analyse, model and interpret data.
12. The ability to plan work and meet deadlines.

5. Collect, clean, and analyse data such as a company's, sales, market intelligence, or consumer engagement indicators.
6. Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
7. Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
8. Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
9. Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry
10. Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
11. Working with sales, marketing, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
12. Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
