Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work
Content Creation & Scheduling: Developing, copywriting, and scheduling daily posts, videos, and stories across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Community Management: Moderating channels, responding to comments, replying to direct messages (DMs), and engaging with followers to build brand loyalty.
Trend Monitoring & Ideation: Staying up-to-date with the latest social trends, memes, and audio, and brainstorming creative ways to apply them to the brand.
Analytics & Reporting: Tracking basic performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, and follower growth to help prepare weekly or monthly reports.
Campaign Support: Assisting with the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns, including paid ads, under the guidance of senior staff.
Onboarding: Assist to collect documents, paymeny gateaway application, logo, photo and menu upload into POS backend.
Visual Asset Creation: Using tools like Canva or simple video editing apps to create branded graphics.
