Manufacturing Engineer Officer - PT. Victory Chingluh Indonesia
As the Manufacturing Engineer Officer, you'll Support Engineer II for manufacturing readiness execution, continuous improvement ideas and suggestions in footwear manufacturing process.
What You'll Lead and Drive
- Work with contact window to support manufacturing readiness execution
- Support continuous improvement ideas, trials and follow up implementation
- Documentation management of continuous improvement data and analysis
- Support PPC activities and line walkthrough with Nike PMO ME lead
- Documentation of production update
- Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS Energy, Quality and Environment
What you bring
- Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority
- Minimum 18 Years Old
- Candidates must have at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Any Major
- Fresh Graduate in Any Major or at least 1 year of experience in the same field will be preferred
- Required languages: English
- Knowledge's and Skills: Understanding rubber outsole, PU midsole, CM & IP midsole manufacturing process, Quality standards for bottom unit making, company chemical facility work flow and scope, Data Collection and Analysis Skill, Time Management and Communication Skill
- Attitude: Drives Engagement, Drives Collaboration and Customer Focus
- Understanding vision mission company and safety policy
- Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS, energy, quality, and environment
