Mandarin Translator

We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Mandarin Translator role in the EV battery industry, based in Jakarta. This position will support cross-functional communication, translation, and coordination between local and international teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Job's Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Language or related field, typically needing minimum HSK 5 certification for professional roles.
2. Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
3. Minimum 3 years of experiences as a translator or intrepreter.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge language and cultural gaps effectively
5. Proven experience facilitating communication between foreign professional and local teams
6. High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel); familiarity with other office productivity tools is a plus.

Job Responbilities:

1. Translate oral and written communication (Indonesia - Mandarin - English) to support daily operations.
2. Assist in meetings, negotiations, and site visits.
3. Translate various documents.
4. Support operational and maintenance communication related to heavy equipment.
5. Manage documents and correspondence with Chinese vendors/partners.
6. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality of all information.
