• Teach Mandarin to caregiver candidates for employment in Taiwan.
• Conduct classroom and practical communication training.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Evaluate students’ progress and provide feedback.
• Support trainees in achieving the required Mandarin proficiency.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic activities.
