About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Accounting professional with fluency in Mandarin to join our team at PT Indonesia Tsingshan Stainless Steel in West Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our financial accounting and reporting operations.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the end-to-end accounting process, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and internal financial policies
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies
- Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes
- Provide support and guidance to the finance team
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
