Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering or electromedical
- Has 3-5 years of experiencein in similar responbility
- Strong knowledge of product development processes within medical device
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards governing medical device product
- Proficiency in conducting scientific research, data analysis, and experimental design
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive results
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and innovative mindset
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in Benowo, Surabaya with a Work From Office (WFO) setting as the working arrangement.
Job Description:
- Lead and managed the research and development activities
- Develop and implement the R&D strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives within medical device product
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the R&D team in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and developing new formulations and product prototypes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless product development and launch processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory requirements related to medical device product
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer needs and preferences, and integrate them into product development strategies
- Manage and optimize the R&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective development processes
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as suppliers, laboratories, and research institutions, to leverage their expertise and support product development initiatives
- Lead and mentor the R&D team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure their professional growth and development
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and quality control procedures throughout the R&D process.
