Pendidikan minimal S1 Kimia Murni / bidang terkait (S2 menjadi nilai tambah)

Pengalaman 3–5 tahun di bidang industri chemical / otomotif / berhubungan dengan formula kimia

Memiliki leadership, analitis, dan problem solving yang kuat

Memahami product development & quality control

Responsibilities :

Menetapkan visi & strategi pengembangan R&D & QA

Mengarahkan seluruh kegiatan penelitian & pengembangan sesuai tujuan strategis perusahaan

Memimpin riset, formulasi, dan pengembangan produk

Menyusun dan mengelola anggaran departemen R&D

Berkolaborasi dengan seluruh revenue stream perusahaan
