We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead our garment production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and achieving company targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery
- Analyze production performance and implement improvements to meet operational targets
- Coordinate closely with design, sourcing, and quality control teams
- Manage material planning and ensure optimal use of resources
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse production team
- Ensure compliance with sustainability and ethical production standards
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the garment industry
- Strong knowledge of pattern making
- Excellent analytical, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and results-oriented with strong operational awareness
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong coordination abilities
- Good understanding of sustainability and ethical production practices
- Experience with material planning systems is preferred
