Job Description:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase branch revenue and brand awareness
* Manage daily operational activities to ensure excellent customer service and smooth business operations
* Lead, motivate, and supervise the team to achieve company targets
* Create promotional ideas, campaigns, and business development strategies
* Monitor branch performance and prepare operational reports
* Build strong relationships with customers and maintain service quality standards
* Coordinate with all departments to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related fields
* Active, creative, and innovative personality
* Strong public speaking and communication skills
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Experienced in creating marketing strategies and increasing branch sales/revenue
* Strong leadership skills and able to work effectively with a team
* Adaptable, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment
* Enjoy challenges and target-oriented
* Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, or service industry is a plus 😊
