Job Description: Manager of Client Servicing
We're looking for a highly motivated, commercially-driven and experienced Client Servicing (ideally with digital agency background) to work with clients in support of new business opportunities, client service, and sales programs.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about Digital Media, Influencer Marketing Business, Social Media is results-oriented and proactive. You would be reporting directly to the founder of the company and working closely with different service heads.
As Client Servicing, you will play a multi-faceted role across revenue/ business growth, client development, building a high performing team and managing multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain Relationship with the Clients: Ensure timely tracking of leads, review emails, and attending the queries of the Client.
· Constantly Capture and Track the Expectations of the Clients and ensure that their expectations are being met.
· Identify relevant leads, qualify, pitch client services, and match with the relevant client. Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
· Track the progress with the leads matched to clients, ensure that clients follow the process, and assist the client in conversion.
· Analyze data to track the performance of the business model and figure out solutions to fill the gaps/shortcomings in the business process.
· Implement the process with maximum operational efficiency and constantly suggest methods to improve the process.
· Build strong, positive, and productive relationships with clients for business growth. Manage and close client businesses to achieve profitability
· Schedule regular meetings, discussions, teleconferences and visit client offices to strengthen the relationships. Maintain active dialogue with clients through weekly meetings.
· Understand client needs and customise existing business programs to meet their needs.
· Provide client all the support and handle client communications effectively.
· Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
Discuss business contracts and cost with clients.
· Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately.
· Develop new strategies to improve client satisfaction.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
· Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business goals.
· Analyze and address inbound client requests to ensure client satisfaction, client engagement and product usage.
· Partner with Sales team to up-sell premium services and achieve 100% renewal rate.
· Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver results and execute business initiatives.
Requirements:
· Good Communication Skills
· Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia: both verbal and written.
· Multi-Tasker and a quick learner and implementer.
· On-the feet thinking and not just robotic process implementer.
· Analytical and should be able to derive meaningful insights from data.
· Previous client servicing experience
· Likes talking with people and influencing their decisions.
· Understands the B2B marketing and sales process.
What is expected out of you
· Deep understanding in Digital Advertising, Influencer & Content Marketing ecosystem
· Experience of working with a relevant network of clients e.g. performance advertisers, influencer marketing teams, agencies, digital marketing heads, brand CMOs etc.
· Should be well networked with various digital advertising agencies and key planners across all leading Clients & Media agencies.
· Stakeholder management and ability to work with multiple cross-functional stakeholders across product, tech, marketing, finance, legal etc.
· Being updated on the latest industry trends with respect to the Influencer Technology, Marketing Technology & Content ecosystem
· Good coordination & communication skills
Ideal Candidate:
· Has worked in a Boutique or Corporate Digital Agency
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience selling business solutions to marketers and driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships
· Exposure to marketing technology/automation or online media sales at a top publisher platform or top-ranked domain consulting with brand/performance marketers
· Ability to understand and manipulate data to form a compelling sales story
