Posisi Part-Time Flexible Working Hours (Hybrid)

Nalure (brand knitwear lokal, produksi sendiri) cari orang untuk pegang channel live kami end-to-end — budget, jadwal, host, sampai angka sales. Kamu yang bangun live dari awal jadi mesin penjualan yang konsisten.

Tugas

Pegang target sales & budget channel live

Atur jadwal live rutin yang konsisten

Rekrut & kelola host (in-house atau kreator)

Jalankan mekanisme sales saat live: bundling, flash sale, voucher, urgency

Pastikan stok & produk yang di-push cukup dan dipilih dari best seller

Pantau metrik (viewer, konversi, GMV, ROAS) dan terus optimalkan

Kualifikasi

1–3 tahun di live commerce (TikTok Shop / Shopee Live), diutamakan fashion

Paham mekanisme sales saat live & bisa kelola host

Nyaman baca data dan ambil keputusan dari angka

Plus: bisa jadi host sendiri atau punya jaringan kreator
