Key Responsibilities
• Participate in structured rotations across operational, commercial and corporate functions.
• Support day-to-day business operations and cross-functional initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement and business transformation projects.
• Analyse operational data and present recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers and business partners.
• Lead assigned project(s) and deliver measurable outcomes.
Educational & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, including Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Curious and eager to learn
• Adaptable across operational, commercial and business environments
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, including production teams, corporate functions, customers and suppliers
