Job description
The Earn and Learn Programme is a 12-month initiative aimed at helping local graduates and ORD personnel kickstart their careers by building upon the skills and knowledge they attained in school, whilst supporting their transition into the working world.
As a Management Trainee in this Earn & Learn Programme, you will:
- undergo intensive training and deepen your skills through structured and facilitated workplace learning
- be given an accelerated professional career development pathway and an opportunity to work with and be mentored by first class specialists with a proven track record
- acquire and be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the business industry
- Attain industry-recognized qualifications/certifications
Benefits:

Requirements:
- Singaporeans ONLY
- Polytechnic graduates that graduated or completed NS within the last 3 years
- Recognized diploma in any field from one of the local polytechnics
