We are a growing real estate & villa management company in Uluwatu, Bali, currently seeking a skilled and motivated MEP Staff / Engineer to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for villas, residential projects, or hospitality properties.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect MEP installations at villa and property projects
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams onsite
- Ensure electrical, plumbing, AC, water pump, and mechanical systems run properly
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections and troubleshooting
- Review technical drawings and project specifications
- Monitor project progress and ensure work meets quality standards
- Prepare maintenance and technical reports
- Support renovation and construction projects when needed
Qualifications
- Based in Uluwatu
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in MEP, engineering, construction, or villa projects
- Understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Able to read technical drawings and layouts
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiar with villa/property maintenance systems
- Proficient in basic reporting and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus
- Must have own transportation and driving license
