Kualifikasi Umum
Mahasiswa atau fresh graduate dari jurusan yang relevan (komunikasi, film, multimedia, desain, atau broadcasting).
Memiliki minat kuat di bidang videografi dan produksi konten.
Kreatif serta mampu menuangkan ide menjadi konsep visual yang menarik.
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
Memiliki kemampuan manajemen waktu yang baik dan mampu memenuhi deadline.
Memahami dasar-dasar pengoperasian kamera DSLR, mirrorless, atau kamera video profesional.
Menguasai teknik pengambilan gambar (framing, composition, angle, lighting, dan camera movement).
Memahami dasar-dasar audio recording.
Mampu mengoperasikan software editing video seperti:

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

DaVinci Resolve

Final Cut Pro (nilai tambah)

Memahami dasar color grading dan motion graphics menjadi nilai tambah.
